Hey everyone! I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite drinks from Starbucks is the Pink Drink. It’s pretty and refreshing and really perfect for a beautiful Spring day or when you want something other than coffee. The recipe I’m going to share with you is a really great alternative if you don’t live near a Starbucks or if you are looking to save money. This will make 5 to 6 pink drinks for the price of one at Starbucks, so it is a really good bang for your buck and super tasty! :)
Here is what you’ll need:
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
Tazo Passion Tea
1-2 tablespoon agave syrup or sweetener of your choice (you can adjust to taste)
Strawberries (sliced) -optional
Ice
Directions:
1) Combine 8 oz. Tazo passion tea and
1/4 C coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
2) Add agave syrup to mixture.
3) Wash and slice 2 to 4 strawberries depending on size. 4) Add ice and strawberries to a glass and pour in the pink drink.
5) Enjoy! :)
I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! It is also suitable for vegans. This recipe is so simple and delicious!
*Note* - I like to use a whisk to mix the coconut milk in with the tea to get rid of clumps, but if you wanted it extra smooth you could always pour it through a strainer as well. And if you don’t have agave syrup your could always use a simple syrup or honey as a substitution. :)
