Humble šŸ Coffee Review

I am so pleased with my breakfast choice this morning. I was looking up coffee shops near me on my maps, and I decided to try out Humble Bee Roastery Coffee (Humble Coffee for short). :) I peeked at their menu online beforehand to get an idea of what they serve, and their selection is unique with the flavor combinations that they offer and that they use white espresso in their coffee drinks. I should also mention that this place is really more of a coffee stand with both a walk-up and drive-thru window, making it ideal for those of us on the go!

To drink I ordered a small superfly latte which is flavored with coconut and white chocolate. -I had been craving coconut, specifically a Matterhorn macaroon which has white chocolate on top, so this drink was exactly what I was looking for! :)

To eat I got an egg and cheese breakfast burrito. It also had potatoes and green chili that wasn't spicy but added that authentic flavor you want in a breakfast burrito. You can get salsa if you like as well. (I did not, but that is an option!)

Now they also recently started selling a selection of scones: vanilla, lemon blueberry, and I believe cranberry almond, and cinnamon rolls sourced from Nature's Start Bread Company which is another local business. I was offered to try a scone -I chose lemon blueberry- and wow, I loved it! It was perfectly sweet and tasted real because it was! All the ingredients listed are whole, which is a plus in my book!

My review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging the young man working. He was so friendly and kind. I felt care for and valued as a customer, as a human being, and not just as a walking dollar sign. It may seem small, but that is so important and increasingly rare in this transactional day and age. What a beautiful reminder that we all have the ability to brighten someone's day!

Overall, it was the welcoming atmosphere created with his kindness alongside the simple yet tasty food items and coffee creations that made my visit to Humble Coffee a 10/10 experience. If you are in the area, give it a try!
