Yesterday evening I went to Kohl's because there were some shirts I had been looking at that were on sale for $8. I tried on this style of shirt in black and grey, but I ended up going with the soft yellow because it looked the best. (And I've been trying to incorporate more yellow into my wardrobe.) Anyway, while I was getting ready this morning and putting on my makeup listening to Finding Neverland, my nose decided to bleed right then and there. Luckily I had a tissue nearby, but it wasn't until after it had already bled on my new, yellow shirt and inside one of my shoes that I got it under control. (Also, it is only natural that it started to bleed while I was in the middle of putting on foundation. I definitely had to clean off my nose and chin before I could continue applying the rest of it! haha) It's not that often that I have a nose bleed, so that's probably why it caught me off guard. As far as my shirt is concerned, once the situation had run it's course, I used cold water and OxiClean to wash the blood off my shirt. I put it in the dryer, and voila, good as new! I was able to change back into it, and it's like none of it even happened. Except that it did. Not that I'm recommending for your nose to start bleeding while you're getting ready, but it did jazz up my morning routine!
