Chocolate-filled crescent rolls

Hey guys! So, I wanted to share a really fun, easy recipe to make if you are looking for something that is simple but very delicious and impressive. You also only need a few ingredients as well, which are very easy to come by if you don't already have them on hand. :)

For this recipe you will need:

1 tube of crescent rolls (8 count)

chocolate chips (I used dark, but any kind will work)

powdered sugar (for the final touch)

Non-ingredients you will need:

baking sheet &

parchment paper (or non-stick spray. I just prefer to not have to wash my baking sheet when I'm done.)

Okay, so here's how it all goes together.

1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. (I know the package says something different, but we are following different rules. Just trust me.)

2) Line your baking sheet with the parchment paper (or use non-stick spray) and pop open your tube of crescent rolls.

3) Place the triangles of dough on the baking sheet and place the chocolate chips (about 2 tsp.) in the widest section of each triangle.

4) Roll each triangle of dough from the widest section (the side with chocolate chips) to the narrowest point and curve the edges to make them look like crescent rolls.

5) Put them in the oven and let them bake for 15 minutes. (You want them to be golden. If they aren't ready in 15 minutes, you can leave them in longer. Just remember to keep checking on them so they don't burn. That would be sad.)

6) Take the crescent rolls out of the oven and sprinkle them with powdered sugar to make them look even lovelier than they already do. (A sieve/sifter or shaker will do the best job at this.)

All that's left to do is to eat these amazingly simple and tasty confections. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
